COACH BRIANA KELLY

Head Coach

Coach Bri Kelly has been a truly valued member of the Carolina Evolution Volleyball Club family since 2018. During this short time she's led her team to multiple 1st Place Regional Gold Bracket wins, as while as high ranking wins in National Tournaments.

Coach Bri is from Vallejo, CA but a long time resident of Fayetteville, NC.

She has 8 years experience playing as a Libero and Defensive Specialist as well as 3 years coaching experience. In her playing experience, Coach Bri played as a Defensive Specialist in two travel programs and culminated her volleyball career as a Defensive Specialist at Fayetteville State University.

She has a B.S in Biology from Fayetteville State University and is a proud member of the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc.

COACH SELENI VICTORIA

Head Coach

The Carolina Evolution Volleyball Club wouldn't be where it is today if it weren't for Coach Seleni Victoria who oversees the growth and development of our Evolution Littles Program. She coaches, mentors, and develops our 10U and under athletes.

Coach Seleni has over 15 years of volleyball experience. She began playing volleyball as a freshman at Westlake Girls High School in New Zealand, and completed her senior year at Aiea High School in Hawaii. She also played with Pure Aloha Club in Hawaii and still plays competitively in indoor and outdoor leagues.

Coach Seleni is a military spouse and a full time mum to 5 beautiful children.

COACH FAANINIVA (NIVA) REID

Head Coach

Coach Faaniniva Reid is a new edition to the Carolina Evolution Volleyball Club's coaching lineup. She brings with her over 20 years of volleyball playing and coaching experience!

Coach Niva is from Honolulu, Hawaii. She is a proud wife of 21 years and proud mother of two daughters (one is a student-athlete at Johnson & Wales University and the other is a student-athlete at Overhills HS).

Coach Niva grew up playing volleyball in Hawaii as a Setter and taught her daughters to excel at her and their positions as well. She currently plays competitively in indoor, grass, as well as sand volleyball.

COACH TAYLOR (TAY) MCKOY

Physical Trainer

Coach Taylor McKoy has been with us since the very beginning and as our Fitness and Wellness Coach, she trains, develops, mentors, and motivates our athletes to reach the highest point of physical development.

Coach Tay offers professional and quality guidance throughout the season, while working closely with each and every one of our team members. She is the epitome of "Play, Train, Evolve" and makes sure the Carolina Evolution Volleyball Club is performing to the best of our ability.
