About the Event
Our summer training is an intense workout program that runs 8 weeks long (15 June to 5 August). Players participating in our summer workouts will go through 8 weeks of Agility, Plyo, Reactionary, Conditioning, Endurance, Speed, Strength, and volleyball progressive drills.
Our program includes two 2 hour gym sessions (Tuesday and Thursday), our Evolution Workout Training Guide, training by our Speed Coaches, Jump Coaches, Sports Performance Enhancement Specialists, and Coaching Staff.
