Our summer training is an intense workout program that runs 8 weeks long (7 June to 28 July). Athletes participating in our summer workouts will go through 8 weeks of Agility, Plyo, Reactionary, Conditioning, Endurance, Speed, Strength, and volleyball progressive drills.

About the Event
Our summer training is an intense workout program that runs 8 weeks long (7 June to 28 July). Players participating in our summer workouts will go through 8 weeks of Agility, Plyo, Reactionary, Conditioning, Endurance, Speed, Strength, and volleyball progressive drills.
Our program includes two 2 hour gym sessions (Tuesday and Thursday)training by our Speed Coaches, Jump Coaches, Sports Performance Enhancement Specialists, and Coaching Staff.
